Sarda Farms thanks you for choosing to do business with us, refund of payments made to Sarda Farms can be made on special cases. The cases are:
1. You subscribed to the good milk on the “Money Back Guarantee” (MBG) plan that allows you to a risk free trial of the milk for 7 days. For any reason should you not like to continue your subscription of the 100% pure cow milk. You can request a refund before the milk delivery sheets are prepared for your 7th delivery.
2. There are certain areas that Sarda Farms does not deliver as yet. Sarda Farms advises you to kindly confirm with Customer Care at 1-800-233-6455 / 1-800-209-6455 if delivery is feasible in your area or not before making a payment. In case you have already made a payment and the address you wish the delivery is not covered by Sarda Farms then kindly request a refund and the same would be processed.
3. The best effort is made to ensure that the product listed on website or offered by Customer Care is not feasible due to shortage then your request for the refund will be actioned.
4. Sarda Farms advises that you should confirm with Customer Care on the exact payment to be made before making a cheque or an online payment. Excess payment if collected can be adjusted against extra products or your request for a refund would be actioned.
5. In a rare case should you receive a product with defective packaging, please email a picture of the same immediately on receiving the product to email@example.com and Sarda Farms on confirming with you will replace the product or take your request for refund.
6. Refund would be in the name of the customer by crossed cheque only and may take up to 15 working days to be actioned.
