Yields3 ServingsTotal Time15 mins

Quick, easy, healthy, refreshing, scrumptious- Dahi-Grape canapés tick all the right boxes. These almost no-cook bites can be put together in a jiffy. They are so simple to make, it hardly even needs a recipe. Simply assemble the ingredients and customise them to your taste. Here’s a rough recipe to get you started.
Hung curd used in this recipe, made using fresh Sarda Farm Dahi, lends a tangy, creamy texture to the canapés.

 2 slices of Multigrain bread
3-4 tablespoons hung curd made using Sarda Farms Dahi (see note)
 Bunch of red/green/black grapes
 2-3 tablespoons honey
Few sprigs of any herb of choice like thyme, mint, parsley etc.

Method:

1. On a hot grill pan, toast the bread slices on both sides till they become crisp.
Cool completely.

2. Cut each slice into 4 pieces.

3. Spread about 1-2 teaspoons of the hung curd on each piece/canapé. Place halved grapes on it, cut side down.

4. Drizzle honey, garnish with herbs of choice and serve immediately.

Notes:
To make hung curd, tie it in a kitchen towel/muslin cloth placed on a colander for about an hour. If the weather is too hot place this in the refrigerator to avoid it from getting sour.
You can also use berries, pears, peaches etc. instead of grapes to make the canapes.
For a variation, you can also sprinkle some black pepper powder on them before serving.
